KBOX specializes in high-quality electronic chargers, primarily for mobile phones and a selection for laptops. We also offer customization services for specific client needs. All products are described as accurately as possible on our website; however, we do not warrant that descriptions are 100% error-free. Custom products are made to your specifications and are non-returnable unless defective.

2. Ordering and Payment

Orders are accepted through our website or via email quotation. Payment must be completed before processing. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers. Prices are listed in USD and exclude taxes, shipping, and customs duties (where applicable). You are responsible for any import fees in your country.

3. Shipping and Delivery

We ship worldwide from our facilities. Delivery times vary by location and carrier (typically 7–30 days). Tracking information will be provided. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. We are not liable for delays due to customs, carriers, or unforeseen events.

4. Returns, Refunds, and Warranty

Please refer to our separate Return and Refund Policy for details. Standard products come with a 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects. Custom products are covered for defects in materials/workmanship only. Warranty claims require proof of purchase.
